SHIPPING WITHIN THE US: We only ship using UPS Ground services. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO & Puerto Rico addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. (THE APPROPRIATE SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER.)

UPS delivery is Business Day -- Monday thru Friday. Weekends and holidays are not considered in estimated transit times. We do not offer expedited shipping. We do not offer shipped via USPS as there is no way to track the shipments through our system.

PARTS ORDERS - For light weight orders such as patio furniture parts, shipping cost is a minimum of one pound via UPS.

SAMPLE ORDERS have free shipping via USPS. Sample orders are filled within 2 or 3 days of receipt and sent via US MAIL. We do not have a way to track these orders once mailed. Allow 3-5 days mail time to receive your FREE outdoor fabric samples.

CANADIAN ORDERS We no longer ship to Canada. The high tariffs on Canadian shipments, collected from the shipper, have made Canadian order difficult to process and extremely costly for our customers. We regret this necessary action. We can however ship to a US address if you have one.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We do not ship international orders unless the customer has a US freight forwarding address.



Vinyl Strapping & Rivets – 2-3 Working Days

Vinyl Strap and rivet orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days from the date the order was placed. Vinyl strap orders do not ship the same day. Due to the weight of the vinyl strapping material, orders will ship via UPS Ground. This may take 3-4 days to reach you. Once the order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email from UPS with tracking information. Precut vinyl straps may take a bit longer depending on the size of the order.

Patio Furniture Replacement Parts – 2-3 Working Days

Orders for patio furniture repair and replacement parts, such as chair glides, end caps, spring plates, adjustment brackets, process and ship within 2-3 days from the date the order is placed. Parts orders do not ship the same day. We do not process and ship orders on the weekend. Once your replacement parts order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from UPS with tracking information.

Replacement Slings For Patio Sling Furniture – Online Orders

All patio furniture replacement slings orders are hand cut and sewn to your specific measurements. Nothing is in stock and on the shelf. No two patio chairs are the same and we offer a huge selection of fabrics.

Lead times vary greatly depending on the time of year to please plan accordingly. During the Fall and Winter months, (October – February) lead time for custom made replacement slings is 10-15 WORKING DAYS plus ship time. During peak season, (March – September) lead time for replacement slings can reach 20 WORKING DAYS or more. From time to time, patio sling fabrics are on back order from the manufacturer. We have no control over this. If your patio sling fabric choice is on back order, we will notify you. You will then have the option to choose another fabric or wait until the fabric arrives.

Replacement sling orders are processed in the order they are received. We cannot promise ship date or completion dates. Please plan and order early for your new fabric slings. If you need to inquire about status of your replacement sling order, please send an email to

Outdoor Patio Furniture Cushions & Pillows

Each outdoor patio furniture replacement cushion is custom made to order in the unique outdoor fabric of your choice. We do not stock universal replacement cushions or outdoor pillows of any kind. The process of new custom outdoor patio furniture cushions can be lengthy. Fabric is ordered, outdoor cushions are hand cut and sewn and then the foam and fiber is also hand cut and inserted into the patio cushion covers. The best time to order new outdoor replacement cushions is in the Fall and Winter. Because custom outdoor patio furniture cushions are labor intensive, ordering early is the best idea. We cannot guarantee completion dates for parties or events. Custom outdoor cushion orders are processed in the order they are received. During the Winter months, average lead times are approximately 6 weeks. Beginning in March, lead times will start to ramp up and could reach 10 weeks or MORE by May and June. We strongly suggest you get your custom outdoor patio furniture cushion order in early and beat the rush.

Again, we CAN NOT PROMISE COMPLETION DATES for custom outdoor cushions. Once your patio cushion order is complete and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from UPS with tracking information. If you are local Dallas Fort Worth customer who ordered custom patio replacement cushions from our showroom/warehouse, we will call you when your outdoor cushion order is complete and ready for pick up. Please make note of when your replacement cushion order was placed and calculate current lead times from that point.

Homecrest Slings, Padded Slings & Cushions

We make replacement slings, padded slings and replacement cushions for most major styles of Homecrest Outdoor Patio Furniture.  All replacement slings and cushions for Homecrest are made to order in the fabric of your choice. We do not stock cushions and slings. Lead times will vary depending on the time of year. We cannot promise completion dates for a party or event. Homecrest replacement slings and cushions are manufactured in the order they are received. Please allow 4-6 weeks during the Fall and Winter and 6-8 weeks during peak season. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information from UPS once your order has shipped.


Full Service Sling Replacement for North Texas Customers

Chair Care Patio offers full service replacement slings and installation for our North Texas customers. Spring arrives early in North Texas (sometimes right after the holidays!) Please plan early and get started on your patio sling replacement project. We can make and install new replacement slings for your patio chairs and chaise lounges

Lead times for full service sling replacement and installation will vary depending on the time of the year. The best time to replace your patio slings is during the Winter and Early Spring. Don’t wait till March or April!!!! Lead times ramp up very quickly and peak in June and July. All patio furniture repair is done in the order the job is received. Unfortunately, we cannot promise a completion date for a party or event, so please plan ahead and repair early. Average lead time during peak season can be 8-10 weeks due to the overwhelming volume of furniture we take in. During the Fall and Winter lead times average about 4 weeks. For the last several seasons hail storms and weather have played a big part in longer lead times for our Dallas Fort Worth and North Texas customers.

We just can’t say it enough! The best time to repair your outdoor patio furniture in North Texas is between November and January! We all know that Spring can come early to North Texas. In a flash, we are through the holidays and planning our gardens by March! Don’t delay. If you want to have your patio furniture repaired and ready for the Spring, bring it to us in the Fall and Winter. Lead times for repair and refinishing are about 4 weeks in the Winter. By March we are flooded with furniture and lead times start to rise, just like the hot sun in Texas.
