Chair Care Patio is based in Dallas, Texas, USA. We are a family owned company that employs approximately 30 hard working people. We love our employees and our company. We also love our customers. The crew at Chair Care Patio works hard to provide you great products such as patio sling replacement, custom outdoor patio furniture cushions, contract sewing services, patio furniture repair parts and more for your better quality outdoor patio furniture.
Starting in March, we work 6 days a week. Please take a look at our hours below if you are trying to reach us or come to our warehouse for replacement slings, outdoor cushions or just to say Hi!Our store is located at 8700 Sovereign Row in Dallas, Texas. We want you to find what you need to repair your outdoor furniture and we want your experience with our company to be the best it can be. We are a small company with a limited number of people to take calls. We are happy to answer your questions but please place all of your orders online if possible. We know there may be exceptions at times and we are glade to help. You can send an email to [email protected] to inquire about repair, sling replacement, custom cushions or any of our local or online services.
Please note that emails are answered only during business hours. On the weekends, and evenings we still have groceries to buy, houses to clean, laundry to do and grass to cut just like you.

Calling Our Office
Our goal is to provide the best customer service possible. During peak season there are not enough hours in the day to respond to every email and request for information we receive. Before you write or call, please take a look at our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page to see if we have already provided an answer to your question. If we do not reply to your email, you may find your answer in the "Frequently Asked Questions FAQ" section of our web site.
We prefer that you place all of your orders online. If you are having trouble placing an order please call us so we can help. We can take an order over the phone but please know that all our orders are placed through the same online ordering system. We use this system to generate our order tracking and production paper work. Our web site is safe and secure. You will see the "HTTPS" secure encryption at checkout. We do not encrypt product pages since there is no secure data on them and this can cause problems with certain browsers. We want you to be in control of the products, colors and dimensions of your order as well as your personal information and credit card numbers. By entering your own data, we eliminate any errors in transcription that might occur if we take your order. Also, it is important to read and understand our return policy prior to ordering. Items On Sale
Please do not call about refunds or credit for orders placed before or after a posted sale. While we do our best to send out free samples in a timely manner, sale prices cannot be extended no matter when those samples are received. Our employees are not responsible nor can they make customers aware of an upcoming sale because they do not know the sale schedule. Sale prices will not be honored after a sale ends. Sale pricing applies to online orders only and not for in-store sales.
