Our store is located at 8700 Sovereign Row in Dallas, Texas. We want you to find what you need to repair your outdoor furniture and we want your experience with our company to be the best it can be. We are a small company with a limited number of people to take calls. We are happy to answer your questions but please place all of your orders online. All orders and the production paper work they generated are automated and processed through our web site. Please note that emails are answered only during business hours.

Production Times
We manufacture slings, cushions and precut vinyl strapping in our shops made to your measurements. We do not stock these items and they have to be manufactured before then can be shipped. The following are our current production times:
Vinyl Strap & Parts Orders – 7-10 days PLUS ship time
Custom Replacement Sling Orders – 3 to 4 weeks PLUS ship time
Custom Cushion, Seat Pad & Pillow Orders – 4 to 8 weeks PLUS ship time
Homecrest Sling & Cushion Orders – 4 to 8 weeks PLUS ship time
Calling Our Office
Our goal is to provide the best customer service possible. During peak season there are not enough hours in the day to respond to every email and request for information we receive. Before you write or call, please take a look at our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page to see if we have already provided an answer to your question. If we do not reply to your email, you may find your answer in the "Frequently Asked Questions FAQ" section of our web site. 
Phone Orders
W e prefer that you place all of your orders online. If you are having trouble placing an order please call us so we can help. We can take an order over the phone but please know that all our orders are placed through the same online ordering system. We use this system to generate our order tracking and production paper work. Our web site is safe and secure. You will see the "HTTPS" secure encryption at checkout. We do not encrypt product pages since there is no secure data on them and this can cause problems with certain browsers. We want you to be in control of the products, colors and dimensions of your order as well as your personal information and credit card numbers. By entering your own data, we eliminate any errors in transcription that might occur if we take your order. Also, it is important to read and understand our return policy prior to ordering. Please let us know if we can assist you in your order.
Order Returns Or Cancellations

Items On Sale
Please do not call about refunds or credit for orders placed before or after a posted sale. While we do our best to send out free samples in a timely manner, sale prices cannot be extended no matter when those samples are received. Our employees are not responsible nor can they make customers aware of an upcoming sale because they do not know the sale schedule. Sale prices will not be honored after a sale ends. Sale pricing applies to online orders only and not for in-store sales.
