LEAD TIMES FOR CUSTOM CUSHIONS AND PILLOWS!!
Dear Chair Care Patio Customer.
Our fabric vendors, including Sunbrella, Outdura, Tempotest are experiencing severe supply chain issues and unprecendented manufacturing delays.Outdoor fabric manufacurers experienced overwhelming demand during the pandemic as everyone is spending more time on their patio and outdoor spaces. We must be honest to say that we are experiencing back order issues across the board when it comes to fabric availability. Fabric delays are beyond our control and this is an isse industry wide, not just for Chair Care Patio. Anyone making outdoor cushions and pillows will have the same issue.
With that being said, we will be checking fabric availability of as soon as your order is received. If your choice of fabric is on back order, we will notify you immediately of the delay time. Some delays are just a week while others are several weeks. You will be given the oppurtunity to wait for your selected fabric or choose another. Our customer service team is ready to work with you regarding fabrics and lead times.
Lead times for custom cushions is currently at 10 weeks. We can not guarantee exact completion date for any custom order. It's best to order early as custom cushion jobs are processed in the order they are received.
We thank you for your understanding and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

FYI - A Letter from Glen Raven, manufacturer of Sunbrella Fabrics
May 19, 2021
Dear valued partner:
I hope this letter finds you, your family and your associates doing well as we continue to navigate the global health pandemic. We continue to experience unprecedented demand for the products we make together as consumers continue to invest in their homes, outdoor spaces, and outdoor activities. Our associates are working very hard to supply all the Sunbrella® fabric we possibly can, given all the supply constraints, and I wanted to take this opportunity to share a few updates with you.
Several months ago, I shared with you some of the elements of our $65 million capacity expansion program initiated over the past year. Thanks to the dedication of our associates and partners, the first wave of new, more efficient weaving machines – which produce fabric faster and use less energy - are now running in our Burnsville, NC and Wasquehal, France facilities, with additional equipment to follow shortly. New weaving machines are also being installed in our Anderson, SC and Glen Raven Asia facilities beginning this month. Output from our U.S. yarn plants continues to increase, and we are working closely with our supply base to further increase our supply of raw materials. Finally, our newest facility in Hordain, France is on schedule to begin producing fabric this summer, and we are pulling forward additional capacity expansion investments that had been planned for 2024-2025.
Since January, and across all markets, demand for Sunbrella has risen to more than twice pre-pandemic levels. Unfortunately, this continues to outpace our ability to supply, resulting in long lead times. I recognize that some orders have received updated delivery estimates, and I deeply apologize for the disruption this is causing you and your customers. Unprecedented disruptions in the global supply chain involving material availability, container delays, and port quarantines are compounding the COVID-related internal challenges we are facing in responding to this demand.
This is a difficult situation which has gone on far longer than any of us could have imagined. Suppliers across industries are declaring force majeure and rejecting or cancelling orders. We continue to seek ways to improve our service. One such action is the difficult decision to narrow our stock style offering by approximately 15% to streamline our supply chain. This reduction in complexity will help improve our service levels over time.
Impacted styles are being discontinued immediately with no additional production, affecting pending orders. I recognize this decision will affect many of you and I apologize for the disruption this will cause. However, our goal is to continue to find ways to improve our overall service. Please see the attached list for details of affected styles, and your Glen Raven sales representative will contact you to discuss further.
We will update you on our progress and appreciate your continued understanding and partnership as we work through these challenges together.
Best regards,
Dave Swers
President & COO, Glen Raven Custom Fabrics LLC
Too Many Samples!
We love offering free fabric swatches to our customers.
However, they are expensive to make so we have a maximum limit of 8 samples per order.
Please remove samples from the cart to make sure you get the fabrics you want.
We will only process the first 8 fabric samples regardless.
