Please call the office at 214-638-6416 and ask customer service for a Return Authorizaton Number (RA NUMBER).

Complete the form with all the information and include the form when you send your slings for alteration.

This is very important for the sling alteration team. I helps them adjust the fabric to fit your chair or chaise.
