Our outdoor patio chair set Includes seat cushion that is boxed double piped with a zipper opening and fabric ties and uses outdoor foam and dacron fiber for the inside. The back patio chair cushion is also boxed and double piped with a zipper opening and fabric ties. Back cushion contains an inner liner with loose fiber for cushy comfort. All outdoor patio furniture replacement cushions are custom made to order in our shops in Dallas, Texas. Sunbrella® outdoor fabrics are weather resistant and have a 5 year limited warranty. This is the least expensive shipping option available. Due to the size of the deep seating cushions, additional shipping charges apply. UPS calculates shipping on size of box and not the weight. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Exact charges can not be determined until an address and zip code are entered. Our website uses real time UPS calculations to determine shipping costs.
